Responsibilities
- Contribute towards planning and evaluating youth work activities
- Participate in the decision making processes relating to the management of the Club
- Supporting other young people to get involved and share their thoughts
- Work as part of the wider youth work team
- Act as a positive role model for younger members
- Take on a position of trust and responsibility and being accountable for actions
- Aware of and understanding how to raise any safeguarding concerns
- Select, recruit and interview prospective staff members
