- Welcoming and serving guests at community meals

Skills you will gain
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Cooking skills including knife skills and experience cooking a wide repertoire of dishes alongside professional chefs
- Hospitality skills, welcoming and serving guests at special events
- Health and safety training in a kitchen setting
- Communication skills to support and encourage course participants from diverse backgrounds with mixed abilities
- Teaching and mentoring skills supporting chefs to deliver courses in a school setting
- Admin skills completing course paperwork with course participants
- Potential for photography / social media capture of special events
