Queer Harvest Mask making Workshops

We’re looking for young people to help us run our Mask Making and Singing Workshops on Saturday 20th September, in Nevern, North Pembrokeshire. It’s a fun chance to get involved, meet new people, and be part of a creative, welcoming and inclusive day! Whether it’s your first time volunteering or you’ve done it before, we’d love your help.

Responsibilities

Help set up and pack down event.

Welcome and greet audience.

Serve refreshments and keep the refreshment area clean and stocked.

Support with workshops and activities

What you’ll need

A friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to get involved.

Comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for moving around in.

Permission from a parent or guardian if you’re 16 or under.

Enthusiasm for working with the community.

Skills you will gain

 Experience working at a live community event.

Skills in teamwork, communication, and event support.

Confidence interacting with the public.

A chance to be part of a fun, creative performance.

Volunteer hours that can count toward awards like the Duke of Edinburgh or Welsh Baccalaureate.
