Responsibilities
• Help set up and pack down event materials, decorations, and workshop spaces.
• Support workshop leaders by assisting with arts, crafts, and storytelling activities.
• Welcome and guide visitors, helping families feel comfortable and informed.
• Serve refreshments and keep the refreshment area clean and stocked.
• Lend a hand with the treasure hunt and other interactive activities throughout the afternoon.
What you’ll need
• A friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to get involved
• Comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for moving around and helping outdoors
• A bottle of water to stay hydrated
• Permission from a parent or guardian if you’re 16 or under
• Enthusiasm for working with families, children, and the community
