Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating inventory records.
- Checking stock levels and ordering new stock when necessary.
- Receiving deliveries and dealing with vendors.
- Implementing inventory procedures.
- Answering customer inquiries and complaints.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies to management.
- Analysing inventory trends for future stock orders.
- Cleaning tools & Pat testing tools on return

- Preferably, previous experience in a customer-facing role, but this is not essential if you have the right attitude.
