As a Customer Service Associate at the Tool Library, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining and updating inventory records. 
  • Checking stock levels and ordering new stock when necessary. 
  • Receiving deliveries and dealing with vendors. 
  • Implementing inventory procedures. 
  • Answering customer inquiries and complaints. 
  • Reporting any stock discrepancies to management. 
  • Analysing inventory trends for future stock orders. 
  • Cleaning tools & Pat testing tools on return  

What you’ll need

  • A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
  • Responsibility and reliability.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
  • Good team player.
  • Preferably, previous experience in a customer-facing role, but this is not essential if you have the right attitude.

Skills you will gain
