Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Arranging merchandise and stocking shelves. 
  • Managing store displays and ensuring all areas are clean and neat. 
  • Performing daily cleaning tasks such as taking out rubbish, dusting, mopping floors, and other necessary cleaning duties. 
  • Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner. 
  • Answering questions related to products and services offered. 
  • Directing customers to key locations within the store. 
  • Handling all incoming customer queries and questions. 
  • Providing appropriate service and information. 
  • Providing quotations and checking product availability. 
  • Handling payment transactions. 
  • Restocking shelves. 

What you’ll need

  • A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
  • Responsibility and reliability.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
  • Good team player.
  • Preferably, previous experience in a customer-facing role, but this is not essential if you have the right attitude.
